The primary responsibility is finding and patching leaks on flat roof systems.
This position also includes other responsibilities, which are highlighted below.
This is a full time, year round position.
Job Responsibilities Diagnose roof leaks on all types of flat roof systems.
Make repairs on all types of roof systems using compatible / appropriate products.
Complete small repair jobs (Curb installations, seam stripping, etc.
).
Complete annual or bi-annual roof maintenance inspections.
Build and maintain customer relationships through prompt service and professional communication.
Provide friendly customer interaction.
Complete paperwork for office / customers as required.
Job Qualifications Minimum of five or more year's experience in flat commercial roofing.
Similar carpentry experience or facilities management experience is acceptable as well.
Knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing practices and procedures.
Knowledge of manufacturer's specifications.
Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR and metal roof repairs.
Sloped roof system experience preferred but not required.
Experience installing metal edge and gutter systems.
Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license.
Medical card preferred.
