What will the Director of Operations do? Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will be expected to command a comprehensive understanding of business operations across production, packaging, fulfillment, logistics, retail operations and customer service with the ability to identify inefficiencies and then drive standardization to support growth at scale.
Crucially, you should possess the ability to leverage your expertise to build relationships and create buy-in from teams on the floor in order to drive those results.

Responsibilities:
Process Improvement and Implementation:
Analyze existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement streamlined processes, ensuring seamless operations across departments.
Monitor and measure process performance, employing data-driven insights to continually refine and enhance operations.
Build tools in excel to help the team manage Project Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic projects related to operational efficiency, product development, and business expansion.
Define project scope, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
Establish project teams, assign responsibilities, and provide clear communication and direction throughout the project lifecycle.
Operational Strategy:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement on automation within our production facility Recommend and implement initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive operational excellence.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Present regular updates to the executive team, providing valuable insights into operational achievements, challenges, and future plans.
Requirements:
Proven track record of successful process improvement and implementation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Expert at excel.
Experience in project managing complex, cross functional projects Strong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize data to drive decision-making and performance improvements.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
