She can do most of her ADLs herself.
She needs safety supervision so she does not fall, med reminders, light housekeeping, cooking, errands if needed and companionship.
All duties will be discussed on the interview.
She is very modest and likes her privacy.
Hours are 10PM-8AM.
Every other weekend is required for this case.
Must be able to read, write and speak English for this case as well.
Must have all immunizations required by the RI DOH.
MMR,Tdap, Varicella and recent TB or willing to get the TB test before beginning employment.

- Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly individuals - Assist with daily activities such personal care if needed, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, redirection if needed, and safety supervision - Drive clients to appointments, errands, and social outings - Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition or behavior - Follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals - Ensure the safety and well-being of the client at all times - Engage in meaningful conversations and activities with the client to promote mental stimulation - Maintain a clean and organized living environment for the client
Qualifications:
- CPR certification is required.
If you are not certified, you need to become certified within three weeks of hire.
We also offer the classes.
-New CNA graduates are welcome.
- Ability to light lift and assist when necessary.
- Knowledge of clients rights and ability to advocate for clients' needs.
- Familiarity with medication administration procedures.
( Med reminders only) - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Previous experience working with the elderly is required.
