- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
- Good data-entry skills

Responsibilities:
- Prepare pricing quotes and process orders
- Manage daily interactions with key accounts
- Monitor delivery utilizing back-order reports
- Communicate daily delivery updates to Customer Service Manager
- Communicate delays to customers as needed
- Respond to emails in a timely manner
- Prepare paperwork for opening new customer accounts
- Create invoices and estimates upon request
- Build relationships with customers to expand business
