This position is for 3 days/week in East Providence, and 1 day/week in Chepachet, Rhode Island.
Experience with multiple line phones, Microsoft Office, and good typing skills are required.
This 4 days/ week position duties include (but not limited to):
3 days in East Providence, 1 day in Chepachet Hours 7:
30 AM - 5:
30 PM Greet patients as they arrive and sign in Answer phones and make outgoing calls for appointment scheduling Operate a desktop computer, scanner, printer, copier, and fax Daily communication with patients and dental offices via phone calls, emails, texts, and paper mail Oversee automatic appointment reminders via email and text Look up information on insurance plans and take payments Romani Orthodontics is a well-known and a respected orthodontic practice that is customer focused, so we need the right fit at our busy front desks.
Good people skills, communication skills, and an upbeat/ positive attitude are important.
This is a 2nd position, so you will be training and working together with another experienced Scheduling Coordinator.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
