Production Associate-1st shift

CoWorx Staffing is recruiting for 1st shift Production Associates in East Providence area.
Responsibilities:
-Operate necessary equipment to meet required Production schedules.
-Assemble, package, and label products as required; accurately complete production recording as required.
-Perform required inspection and quality checks; complete required documentation as outlined by process -Inspect finished and in-process product for dimensional and cosmetic attributes according to defined specifications -Complete rework, as necessary, on products rejected by process in the specification.
-Work with other production areas, as necessary, to resolve quality problems.
-May perform equipment set-up, calibration, and routine preventative maintenance tasks.
-Willing to cross train in other areas and perform in those areas as needed.
-Practice good housekeeping and appropriate measures to prevent pollution or other negative impacts on the environment.
Desired Background/Skills:
-High School diploma -Good communication skills verbal and written -Ability to work in team and independently -Work OT hours as required -Attention to detail -Basic computer knowledge -Prior production experience preferredOther Information:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
