Training Manager

Automated Health Systems, a dynamic and entrepreneurial healthcare company, is looking to hire a management professional to join its team in East Providence, RI.
As a Training Manager, you will support and lead training cycle initiatives for a state-wide contact center which assists with the ACA and related state programs.
Position will plan operation-wide training initiatives, develop curriculum and instruction methods for adult learners, conduct training classes, analyze quality metrics to improve overall performance, and identify quality trends.
Qualifications for the position include:
Must possess at least two years of management experience.
Must possess at least three years of training and development and training delivery experience.
Knowledge of health insurance programs, Rhode Island Medicaid, Managed Care, eligibility, and low-income populations.
Ability to aggregate data and act upon the findings.
Knowledge of curriculum development required.
Advanced PC skills (i.
e.
, Microsoft Office) required.
Bachelors Degree in related field required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
