POSITION SUMMARY
The position of Benefits Administrator is responsible for the day-to day administration of Reimbursement Account Services for assigned clients ensuring that the service provided is both timely and of high quality. This position serves as the liaison between clients and Benefit Concepts.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitating and maintaining a working relationship with new and existing clients
Processing deposit files
Researching and processing payment, eligibility, and deposit file exceptions
Processing client invoices and monthly reports
Processing benefit changes accurately and timely
Researching and resolving client inquiries
Maintaining and updating participant records
Handling first level client escalations
Collaborating with the Customer Service Department to resolve participant issues
Facilitating the annual enrollment process and perform user acceptance testing of any changes made to the enrollment administration system.
Continually assessing current practices to improve efficiencies
Creating AD HOC reporting for clients and consultants upon request
Keeping the client informed by following up on a regular basis regarding all issues or concerns the client may have until the issue/concern is resolved.
Facilitating client meetings. This includes preparing to discuss topics regarding system development, testing, issues, updates, resolutions, annual enrollment, and other topics as required
QUALIFICATIONS & CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS
Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team is required
Ability to follow established checklists and procedures
Ability to work in a time sensitive environment
REQUIRED EDUCATION
An associate's degree or a technical school graduate or a minimum of 2 years in an administrative office environment
Working knowledge of of MS Word and Excel

Typing on a computer keyboard; intermittent travel by car, train or plane.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
