1. POSITION SUMMARY
1. Responsible for the implementation of client changes across all services; COBRA, Reimbursement Account and Active Benefit administration. This includes new client acquisitions, changes to existing clients and assisting the administrative unit with annual enrollment changes to configuration. This position is also responsible for managing the timeline and communicating to internal and external parties on the status of each project. Upon completion of a project the Project Coordinator must be able to successfully transition all applicable updated client documentation and project information to the Administrative Unit.
1. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Primary point of contact throughout a new client implementation project
2. Hosting client calls during the implementation process
3. Gathering the required information to develop and manage project timelines, finalize client documentation and complete the configuration process in our systems
4. Lead any client change project by making the necessary system changes, coordinating with other internal and external parties, managing the timeline for each project and completing the transition material for the administrative unit
5. Work closely with the administrative unit to understand and set realistic client expectations
6. Participate in ongoing client calls regarding client change projects when needed
7. Assist in other departments at the discretion of the Senior Manager
1. QUALIFICATIONS & CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS
1. Technical experience is required as well as extensive experience with MS office products
2. Communication skills both written and verbal are necessary elements of this position
3. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
4. Excellent follow up skills
5. Willing to work in a team environment and share project responsibilities to accomplish successful change management projects
2. REQUIRED EDUCATION
1. Associates degree or higher with a background in computers and technology or on-the-job experience of at least 2 years.

1. Certification in a technology related field is desired but not required

1. There are no physical requirements to perform the duties of this job. Infrequent travel by automobile, train or airplane may be required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
