1. POSITION SUMMARY
1. The purpose of this position is to provide customer service assistance to all participants of Benefit Concepts, Inc. in a professional, accurate, timely manner.
2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide customer service support. Have broad technical knowledge to resolve the vast range of questions, issues raised by the participants.
2. Speak with participants in a professional, timely, efficient manner.
3. Accountable for the timely, efficient, courteous resolution of participant's inquiries.
4. Acts as a liaison between Benefit Concepts, Inc and the participant.
5. Serve as a resource for external and internal customers.
6. Other duties as requested.
3. QUALIFICATIONS & CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS
1. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and customer service skills required.
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team is required.
3. PC/computer literacy required.
4. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Responsible for participating in a safe, respectful and harassment free workplace.
4. REQUIRED EDUCATION
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum of one year previous Call Center experience.

3. Employee shall protect all Company assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction.
4. Employee shall immediately report any known or perceived security and privacy incident or security weakness.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
