POSITION SUMMARY
The position of Benefits Administrator is responsible for the day-to day administration of Continuation Benefits for assigned clients ensuring that the service provided is both timely and of high quality. This position serves as the liaison between clients and Benefit Concepts.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitating and maintaining a working relationship with new and existing clients
Responding to client inquiries
Maintaining and updating participant records
Collaborating with the Customer Service Department to resolve participant issues
Facilitating the annual enrollment process
Partnering with IT Services to develop system enhancements
Creating AD HOC reports at the request of clients
Processing client invoices and monthly reports
QUALIFICATIONS & CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS
Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team is required
Ability to follow established checklists and procedures
Ability to work in a time sensitive environment
REQUIRED EDUCATION
An associate's degree or a technical school graduate or a minimum of 2 years in an administrative office environment
Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Typing on a computer keyboard; intermittent travel by car, train or plane.
